I was upset by one of the consultants on Monday who dismissed me and sent me home but while I have been in here on Thursday and Friday all the nursing staff have been fantastic and so welcoming, I especially want to thank Julie and Fiona who have gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable.

My procedure was explained very well. Nurse and doctor made me feel at ease. All in all, the care was excellent.

A little more information on waiting facilities bowels etc at the beginning would help (depends what time you're admitted). Care very good.

Nurses constantly under pressure and a couple more would ease matters considerably.

1. very caring staff in every aspect.
2. Too much waste time in some instances, but a lot of pressure at others i.e pill round, changing beds, disturbing food etc all at the same time.
